A directory of third-party trail tour providers and training providers
Access to events, ride days, and partner services supplied by third parties
Optional partner benefits and offers for website subscribers
Free access to GPX route files for subscribers
A shop offering products fulfilled by third-party drop-shipping partners (e.g., Printful)

We are not a tour operator or training provider unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

3. Third-Party Providers

We redirect users to independent third-party providers (“Providers”).
We do not control or manage their services, qualifications, safety policies or legality.

We do not:

Verify their insurance or competence
Employ them
Accept liability for accidents, cancellations, or performance
Guarantee availability or outcome of their services

Any agreement, booking or payment with a Provider is between you and the Provider, not ADVDRT or EVE MX Ltd.

Licensing
Driving/motorcycling competence

4. GPX Route Files & Trail Information

4.1 No Validation Guarantee

GPX route files, trail maps, waypoints and any related information are provided as-is.

We do not verify:

Safety
Legality of access
Land ownership
Surface conditions
Current suitability
Accuracy or completeness

4.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Navigating safely
Assessing risk
Complying with land access rules and local laws
Respecting environmental and community regulations
Riding within your abilities

Trail conditions may change rapidly due to weather, maintenance, closures, or land management.
Use is entirely at your own judgement and risk.

5. Inherent Risk & Safety Warning

Off-road motorcycling, adventure riding, enduro and trail riding carry inherent risks including serious injury or death.

By using our website, you acknowledge that:

Riding or training is entirely voluntary
You assume full responsibility for your safety
You accept all associated physical and legal risks
You must wear appropriate safety equipment and hold proper licences

ADVDRT and EVE MX Ltd accept no liability for:

Injuries, collisions or accidents
Loss of property
Incorrect route navigation
Mechanical issues
Terrain hazards
Weather conditions
Third-party negligence
Local legal violations

6. Partner Benefits & Offers

Subscriber benefits and partner discounts are non-guaranteed.

We may:

Add, remove or modify partners
Change discount percentages
Withdraw access at any time

Membership is currently free, and no compensation shall be offered if benefits change or are withdrawn.

7. Shop & Drop-Shipping (Printful)

7.1 Fulfilment

Shop orders are produced and shipped by external fulfilment partner(s), e.g., Printful.

They are responsible for:

Manufacturing
Shipping
Packaging
Returns processing (as per their policy)

We never physically handle stock.

7.2 Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Our policy follows Printful’s standard terms:

If a product is defective, damaged or misprinted, Printful will replace or refund it according to their policy.

You may be required to provide:

Photos of defects
Order details
Packaging evidence

For accuracy, we will provide direct links to Printful’s policies in the shop section.

Digital items (e.g., GPX files) are non-refundable once downloaded.

8. Account Use & Behaviour

You must:

Provide accurate information
Not upload illegal, copyrighted, or unsafe content
Not deliberately share routes that break land-use laws
Not post abusive or harmful content

We reserve the right to delete:

User accounts
Uploaded content
Access rights
Forum posts or comments

…at our discretion, with no obligation to explain.

9. Intellectual Property

ADVDRT, Adventure.Dirt, EVE MX Ltd branding, logos, graphics and proprietary content remain the intellectual property of EVE MX Ltd.

You may not:

Reproduce, resell or scrape website content
Republish GPX files commercially
Use our brand for advertising without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

ADVDRT and EVE MX Ltd accept no liability for death, injury, or property damage arising from site use, trail riding, or provider interaction.
We are not liable for consequential, incidental or indirect losses.
We are not liable for third-party actions or omissions.

You are responsible for:

Skill assessment
Mechanical preparation
Legal compliance
Medical insurance
Route decisions
Equipment choice
Riding conditions

This includes participation in any activity discovered via our platform.

11. Future Partner Events

We may partner with independent instructors or tour operators to co-host events.

Unless expressly stated as:

“Operated by ADVDRT / EVE MX LTD”

…we remain a referral facilitator, not the event operator.

All participation remains at your own risk.
